The team at Delapré Abbey approached me to support, advise and challenge them on their very first internal Wellbeing Festival – Mind, Body & Soul Festival.
The idea for the festival was all about inclusivity, community, wellbeing and heritage. There was everything from immersive workshops, keynote talks (including from Laura Hof) and activities from world-class wellbeing specialists.
It was the aim that the festival would then raise awareness of the exciting 19th century stable-block redevelopment project, which would eventually become a leading wellbeing hub in the region.
With my experience in all things hospitality, events and marketing consultancy, the team believed I was based place to help them ensure a successful event.
